We own all the properties we sell, which are tenanted subject to a 6 or 12 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement and come with current gas certificates. Our tenants are the former owners and generally keep their homes in a good state of repair and with little ongoing expenditure required. Should you wish we are able to offer continued property management services at competitive rates.

We have properties throughout England and Wales. All are traditional dwellings, located in residential areas with good local amenities. English Property Sales do not buy or sell properties in new build developments.
