Agent Hire
We offer a flexible service to our landlords and try and suit their needs. Some Landlords use us for full letting & management or hire us just to take care of the admin or to draw up the contracts and look after the deposits and check the references . These services are individual one off payments and priced.

Landlords call us when they have a problem in collecting the rent or a maintenance issue and are charged only for the time spent.
