Jenner property Services has been sourcing development and investment properties on behalf of clients since 1987. We are not a volume discounter and rarely promote flats or leashold properties. Instead we focus on identifying and acquiring properties which combine low purchase price, ongoing rental demand and significant capital appreciation.
Since 2008 we have been concentrating on properties with a development angle and have made some seriously good returns for our investors. (Buy at £85,000, spend £20,000, Rental £695 current value £160,000).
We only work for retained clients with a minimum of £50,000 immediately avalable and charge a fee of 1.5% of the purchase price of properties introduced by us. We can introduce clients to solicitors, financiers, planning consultants, builders, tradesmen, - or clients can use their own. We also offer the proactive management service with no monthly management fees. primarily we operate in Southern England. |
