Potential and existing landlords are being invited to receive expert guidance on how property investment can help secure their financial future at an event being held in Peterborough and Ipswich this month.
The seminars on Tuesday 17th June 2008 at The Buckingham Suite, Holiday Inn Peterborough West, Thorpe Wood, Peterborough, PE3 6SG and Wednesday 18th June 2008 at The Elizabeth Suite, Hotel Elizabeth, London Road, Copdock, Ipswich, IP8 3JD are being hosted by The Money Centre, the independent buy to let mortgage brokers.
The Money Centre’s ‘TMC Investor Days’ feature a programme of seminars and an exhibition area, allowing attendees to meet exhibitors offering dedicated services for property investors. The services on offer will include finding discounted properties, specialist landlords insurance, and a local landlords association.
The exhibitors will be available between 10am and 3pm and it’s absolutely free to attend. Several of them will also be presenting at the seminars.
Seminars to help landlords weather the current market will be running from 11.30am to 2pm with breaks throughout the day. All attendees will be able to learn the secrets of weathering the credit crunch and opportunities for taking advantage of the current market conditions.
