Landlord Assist, the dedicated service run by property law experts to secure property and arrears of rent for landlords of residential property, has launched a new company blog.
The blog, which can be viewed at www.landlordassist.blogspot.com, provides news updates on current events, plus practical advice and tips for landlords with rented properties.
The aim of the blog is to create an interactive online community that allows landlords to connect with other industry professionals, including several legal experts from Landlord Assist.

The website is aiming to provide an insight into how landlords can approach challenges such as rent arrears, repossessions, tenant deposits and a host of other topics. The blog will also debate how landlords can best handle teething problems in the current economic climate.
Kinnear added: “This year the buy to let market is going to be extremely challenging, and I’m sure the new blog will prove to be an essential resource for landlords looking to weather the economic downturn. Experience shows that difficult situations will rarely resolve themselves, and we hope that a problem shared through the blog is a problem halved.”
