Established since 1889 and we currently manage several
thousand residential buy to let investments nationwide many
through our national letting service. Our clients include
private investors, as well as property investment companies
and mortgage lenders. These include Yorkshire Bank, Mortgage
Express, Northern Rock, Abbey, Nat West, Royal Bank of Scotland,
Clydesdale, Saffron, The Habib Bank, Leeds & Holbeck,
The Britannia and Skipton Building Societies and Tesco. We
are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents
(ARLA), the national body which regulates the activities of
letting agents. We are also full members of the Royal Institution
of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and we were one of the first
firms of surveyors to achieve ISO9001 Quality Accreditation
back in 1994. We are also members of The Tenancy Dispute Scheme
for Regulated Agents (TDS) and have staff who are individual
members of the Association of Professional Inventory Providers
(APIP).
