our clients' legal rights in relation to regaining possession
of their properties and recovering rent arrears.

so you no longer have to worry about absconding tenants. We
charge on a no-trace-no-fee basis. in other words, if we do
not find the tenant we will not charge you.

that they meet all required legal requirements and also to
help prevent unnecessary litigation. However, should litigation
arise we will refer the matter to a recommended Solicitor.
